Terms and Conditions
1. PC Help at Home ('We', 'Our' or 'Us') will only carry out repairs, upgrades and/or services as requested or agreed by the customer ('You' or 'Your').
2. There is always the risk of data loss when repairing computers, laptops and other devices. We take all care and precautions to prevent data loss, however We will not be held responsible for any data loss once We have received your device. We recommend making all necessary backups of personal data before giving the device to Us.
3. During repair, if We discover that the device cannot be repaired We will contact You to discuss other options.
4. You agree that We may install some software on the device to allow Us to perform the required services. Any software installed will be removed before the device is returned to You.
5. Any parts supplied by You for the repair, upgrade or build of a device will not be covered under Our warranty.
6. You agree that sometimes a repair to a device may not be successful. In the event of this any costs incurred are non refundable.
7. All custom PC orders will required a 50% non refundable deposit which must be paid prior to the start of the order and build process.
8. Any uncollected goods will be disposed of by Us in accordance with notice period and requirements set out in the Uncollected Goods Act 1995.
